• Press release: meeting of the council of Security Services Group under Czech Chamber of Commerce executed on 15. December 2011

  Just this date (15.12.2011) was signed declaration about cooperation among trade fellowships which are members of the Czech Chamber of Commerce. This cooperation belongs to security services field generally.
  Content of this agreement is very clear – together make better position and power to press for professional interests opposite to state, public authority and also business partners.
  Further content is concerning of National System of Profession and National System of Qualifications in connection with preparing of the Private Security Services Law.
  Coordination and evaluating will provides council of Private Security Services under the Czech Chamber of Commerce. This council consists from the representatives of the signatory subjects.

  Declaration is confirmed and signed by these fellowships:

  Summary of several points:

  1. After short opening discussion the document was signed by all six trade fellowships.
  2. As Council Chairman for year 2012 was unanimously established Mr. Václav Nepraš – president of Association Gremium Alarm – AGA. This post is always for one year.
  4. All administration connected with proceeding of this declaration will provide “AGA” by Secretary Dept.
  5. Discussion about Private Security Services Law proposal was finished by collective agreement. Comments, objects and current movement have been confirmed. Mr. V. Nepraš will send the last version of this proposal (ver. LG23 from date 13.12.2011) to each member of the council. There is expectation of next memorandum meeting in the beginnings of January 2012.
  6. Memorandum meeting will be connected with presence of Mr. Petr Fráz - Chairman of the Board of Mechanical Lock Systems Association (CMZS). The reason is simple, to provide all interests of “CMZS” members. Also during creating of necessary changes in trade low is very important CMZS member’s call.
  7. Václav Nepraš (AGA) has informed about conception of AGA support of professional trade fairs in the filed of security. Participants of meeting will think about presence at Prague trade fair “Pragoalarm 2012” in June for example by collective exhibition stand.

• Press release from 13th meeting of the Advisory Group for situational crime prevention

  21st of November 2011 passed 13th meeting of the Advisory Group for situational crime prevention (AG).

  This meting was under the aegis of the Mechanical Lock Systems Association. Host organization was Czech Chamber of Commerce as one of the members. Nice place of the Czech Chamber residence in Prague provided very serious and smooth negotiation.
  After opening words of Mr. Fráz (Chairman of the Board – Mechanical Lock Systems Association – CMZS) was introduced Mr. Rambousek from Czech Security Services Club as new member of this Advisory Group. His speech was mainly about effort to promote the crime prevention in the field of enterprise subject sphere. Last year activities of the Crime Prevention Department (section of Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic) summarized depts. director Mrs. Gjuričová in her speech, which as follows continue to new proposal of crime prevention strategy for years 2012 – 2015.
  Interesting was connection among offences and unemployment, socially excluded localities and benefits of material need. “Crime maps” are in proceeding for this point.
  Next point was project “year of the vehicle security” evaluation. This project is work of AGA - Association Gremium Alarm. Mr. Dufek spokes about positive reactions of the public and not so big willingness from the side of Czech Insurance Association (ČAP).
  As the last point to negotiate of this meeting was introduced the new project “SAFE COUNTRY” by Mechanical Lock Systems Association. Mr. Pospíšil (member of the board - CMZS) presented this project in general view with the main points of implementation to the situational crime prevention of the Czech Republic. Director Mrs. Gjuričová answered positively and gave patronage above this project.
  Other members of the Advisory Group put affirmative opinions for the project and also desire to cooperate on it.
  Mutual discussion took place in the end of meeting. Next meeting will be under the aegis of the Czech Security Services Club.
